Steele County CAER is an association of public emergency response agencies, local government
officials and facilities and businesses. Members of CAER work to assist Steele County residents and industry in emergency
planning and disaster preparedness. CAER members assist each other by sharing knowledge and resources. The
regularly scheduled meeting is held each month on the third Wednesday.
Meetings are normally held at the Owatonna Fire Station.
Meetings may be held at other locations throughout the county.
